    SecondTakeJazzArt specializes in crafting high-quality visuals that commemorate famous live jazz recordings from the distant past. We focus on celebrated live performances by jazz legends -- our posters are either wholly new original designs or adaptations derived from vintage art, because virtually no ephemera exists from most of these specific live engagements.

    SecondTakeJazzArt strives to fill in these gaps with carefully researched, highly detailed facsimiles of said missing ephemera, painstakingly designed to authentically mimic contemporaneous advertisements of the same/similar events in posters, handbills, newspapers, magazines, album covers, etc. Our goals are to either a) faithfully recreate eye-catching posters that are relatively close to what might have been; or b) upgrade and reproduce in much higher fidelity what's been lost.
