I am delighted with the glasses, they are beautiful! They came packed very carefully so that nothing was damaged. I asked if they could send the parcel ASAP because I'm going on holiday in a few days and I would like to be sure that it will arrive on time. (according to the information they could have arrived on the day of my departure because the seller had a few days to deliver) So they sent it the next morning and delivered within 24 hours!
