The package took longer than expected and arrived smashed (check the pics). And on top of that, I had to pay 17.45€ in taxes, for a France-Spain package! The seller did answer politely to all my messages, but was no help at all. The item was perfect inside the box, just as described, so very positive there. So, this is not positive feedback because of the shipping experience. I guess it's not necessarily the seller's fault, but I still can't deny I was very displeased with the whole experience.

Bonjour, je pense pas n'avoir été d'aucune aide j'ai fais ce que j'ai pu, mais je n'allais pas payer les 17 euros de la douane ca c'est sur, pour la lenteur du colis désolé, mais ce n'est toujours pas de ma faute, je vois pas ce que j'aurais pu faire de mieux, par contre comme déjà expliqué vous n'auriez pas du payer la taxe, et vous auriez du les rappeler car cette taxe n'avait pas lieu d'être pour l'Espagne.
