    Incorrect cable received but seller responded and provided a pre-paid postage label for me to return it for a refund. I could not use the cable because it was purchased as UTP (unshielded) but the cable sent was shielded and therefore a significantly larger diameter. I've given positive feedback because of the professional way in which the seller responded.
