A bunch of cuttings that had been rooted and then wrapped up in a kitchen towel sealed up in a zip top bag and then taped inside a shipping box. I had a pot of wet compost prepared ahead of time, and have put them in to root up and adjust to dryer medium before transplanting into my garden.

Their communication was excellent when I was enquiring about purchasing from them, but as soon as a problem arose they went quiet. I received the first order and can say the plants were in super condition. The second order never arrived, and I have yet to hear from the vendor about this. It's a shame but it's important that potential buyers are aware of potential pitfalls of using this company.

They can't control courier issues but I wouldn't buy from them again due to the lack of response when I contacted them.

They came well packed in a sturdy outer carton containing 5 handmade cardboard packs, each containing a ziploc bag containing 5 x plugs. The plants were tiny and will need growing on before planting out. A standard list of alpine plant names was included with each pack and the 5 items in that pack were circled. It wasn't entirely clear which plug was which, as the plugs had been "rearranged" by Evri. I'll have to look up the 5 named items on Google.
