    The post office requested £1.50 as there was insufficient postage, then there was only one of a pair of arch supports and also another item I hadn't ordered. I sent a message and was refunded the under postage cost but nothing said of the missing item. I messaged again and my order was cancelled, I was refunded minus the £1.50 so I am still £1.50 short and cannot open an enquiry as the order has been cancelled and refunded. I would not recommend this seller.

    I have tried contacting the seller by email but have never received an answer. Sooo disappointed with service this parcel was completely smashed and you wanted a photo to prove what it was like it was so badly smashed I gently wrapped in bubble wrap ready to send back. But I don’t intend paying for returning please don’t disappoint answer at least thank you
