  The item description, price and shipping cost were all acceptable and was shipped quickly. All good things, unfortunately, it was not packaged well enough. You will see the exterior envelope did not have any damage, but the inside box appeared to have scars, and the bottle ultimately was shattered. Pictures provided. I would appreciate a refund.

  Item arrived damaged and the seller issued a full refund,I would ve been more than happy to return it but they insisted that I kept it, very honest seller and the shipping was very fast, good communication

  It's out of my hands what the shipping companies do, the box wasn't that small, I offered to return the doll for a full refund, he refused and only requested a money refund which didn't suit me, I insisted on the option of returning it and he got upset and punished me with this feedback.
