Ordered item, paid for it. Was supplied with a tracking number but it was never sent. I messaged them multiple times and received no response, not even a sorry that they didn't have it in stock. After 2 weeks I had to get ebay to step in to resolve the issue, I was issued a refund. Really needed the item as well, I needed to repot some trees. Will be the first and last time I use Greenacre bonsai for anything. Look elsewhere, plenty of suppliers out there.
