WOW. This was my first impression when I managed to open this beautiful Bonsai. This seller obviously went to great lengths to ensure that my plant arrived in the same state as when dispatched. The Bonsai was secured with plastic ties. Very strong box. I appreciate this, as it was a gift. Instructions were included and I bought the pruning scissors and the liquid feed. I have to recommend that if you buy this, especially for a gift, you will be impressed. I am going to buy another from SEIKATSU
