Bought and paid for the item. Disappointed to be informed that the order had been cancelled due to the delivery address being an issue. As a buyer and private seller (for over 20 years) doubted this very much with couriers daily in the area where I live and easy access to the property. Seller refunded and I then went back onto the site to see that in fact the item was out of stock. Porky pies from this seller (:+( hence neutral feedback posted.

Apologies your order was cancelled. The listing is still active on Ebay and not out of stock. Unfortunately the issue arose with your address being in Isle of Anglesey. There is currently only one delivery company that we are aware of which delivers very large, heavy rolls of flooring for us in the UK. We use them on a daily basis but they are unable to deliver to Isle of Anglesey. LL689PG
