I had an issue with the size of the box when it arrived it was slightly smaller .l contacted directly the seller he was very polite and got back in touch with me straight away. The matter got resolved as soon as possible. I got my full refund it was done quick and efficiently. On top of that l didn't have to return the box back..l must add that the packaging was secure too , unfortunately because of the sizing was not correct hence 2 stars.
