OVERALL A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE BUYING FROM sellerinsanjose WE HAVE A CNC MACHINE THAT IS DOWN WAITING FOR THIS ITEM AND ARE GOING TO MISS DEADLINES ON WORK. WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS SELLER.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience cause by the late arrival of the item. We try to be as expedient as possible but sometime glitches happen. Instead of shipping it the economical way you selected, we upgraded your package to Priority at no extra cost, but unfortunately it still not enough. May we suggest, in any future purchase, choosing expedite shipping instead of parcel option. It may cost a few dollars more but with deadline coming fast, a couple days of time worth a lot more.
