  AVOID - Dishonest seller using delay tactics to avoid refunds! I bought juicer for £48.79 that didn't suit my needs. Requested legitimate return but seller: 1. Offered insulting £11.20 compensation (23% of price), 2. Claimed "Waiting for departments" with no timeline, 3. Passed me between reps (Summer, Camila), 4. Ignored direct refund questions, 5. Clear stalling to run down eBay return period. They're hope I'll give up or miss the deadline. Save yourself the frustration - buy elsewhere!
