  Item was advertised to have the Eagle privy mark, but item. Received was an MS70 Standard issue Silver Eagle. When I contacted the seller, he replied to return it if it was not to my satisfaction. The issue was not about my satisfaction but the shipping of a different item than advertised. Plus I have to pay to ship item back, and that is wrong.

  Sells items doesn't even have or didn't like the final price I got it for and no communication at all. Paid May 4th and 5 days later May 9th I get the refund saying seller doesn't have it. Second time this has happened to me on Ebay. If it happened again with this seller, it will be a negative. Wasting my personal time now. Will never understand how you can sell items you don't have.
