  Unfortunately the item ordered took much longer than expected to arrive. When I contacted the seller it turned out it was Royal Mail who were to blame and not the seller. When it eventually arrived it was exactly what I expected and the way it was packaged was excellent. Seller was very symphonic and helpful and I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again

  At first the parcel was delivered at the wrong address, claimed a refund I got back and then the parcel was redirected back to my address, and I contacted the seller to let them know has happened and I offered to send the it back ,they offered me to keep it ,but told them don't need it now ,so they told to gift it as a charityIi will definitely buy again quick to respond.

  Unfortunately Royal Mail lost my package! However the seller was excellent at responding to my request to follow up and offering alternatives. I ended up with a refund as they did not have a replacement in stock, but I may reorder once they have it in stock again.
