    This item arrived COD with a $4.30 charge after I had already paid the advertised $4.99 shipping fee at purchase. This added fee was not mentioned in the listing and I had to go to the post office to pay it before the item could be released to me. The item was as described but I will not do business with the seller again.

    We do not ship COD someone else wanted to take extra money from you . we paid the postage requested by the USPS you shouldn't pay any extra at delivery .
