  Yodel delivered the parcel to different address. They never left any delivery note. Their support advised me to contact the merchant in order to locate the item. The picture they provided as approved showed totally different person and place. I spend time looking to the different doors in my area to find the house where the item was delivered. The guy who received that the parcel was addressed to someone else. Yodel support just disconnect the chat and never helped me. Don't use Yodel.

  Amazing company, delivery company lost item via tracking but seller chased it up immediately with promp replies to me and got another sent to home address instead of temp work address via DHL. Haven't used item yet but feedbacks says it all how they should be recommended..well done Ac Refill

  it s all sorted out, a neighbor had taken the package, I went and asked and they handed it over to me, the package is with me, thank you very much for your collaboration and help, but in the future, the delivery guys should be more careful with the delivery, especially if it s a special package, good day Adrian

  Hello, As the product is aerosol, Royal Mail, EVRI or many other couriers are refusing to handle thsese. Yodel is one of the very few with ADR authorised, so not really have much of a choice here. We would hope the product quality will make up for your trouble with the courier and our team is here to help if you need us to.
