First one we received didn't work despite excellent condition.Tested several options, SIM in mates router worked fine, router didn't work at his house in place of his identical one that worked fine. Rather than just return, emailed seller, who emailed return details. All communications were quick and easy. Refund received quickly. Due to process being so smooth we ordered another.     Router came damaged, packaging not great, seller confirmed on multiple occasions i could get a replacement, they sent a return label to send it back, i received a refund instead which i never requested and told to order it again. I didn't purchase another due to price rise. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER, GO ELSEWHERE.

Only comment is that there was no instructions booklet included, however, this is a minor things as I don't really need it and can probably find any information I need online (its entirely possible it doesn't come with one new!).
