I tried asking for a cancellation. It was denied without any explanation. I now have two of the models. I only wanted one. I had received one as a gift. It s to costly to send it back 3000 miles. I will know their policy for next time. The model did arrive within the shipping time and well packed.

I bought this model under the impression that it was die cast metal. 20 minutes later I realized the model I purchased was plastic and contacted seller to cancel order. 2 days later they replied with a no, but did offer to accept it as a return if I didn't like it. He also suggested I ask details before I buy. My bad, I assumed it was metal. Maybe he should provide a better description. Anyway i got it and am very happy, it's very nice at half the cost of the metal one. Love the 787 wing flex.
