    Ordered two of this crystal chandelier. However, only one arrived and it was damaged. Got in contact with the company and they really were so accommodating and soon sent out two replacement lights. Thank you for such excellent customer service! Just love these lights I think they are beautiful and of good quality, Definitely value for money. Wish I could show photos of the lights on the cealing, but we have to wait a while before we can get a electrician to come and put them up for us.

    Whoever is in your packaging department must have been having a laugh sending this item ot in just the Store Display Box. No wonder things go missing, everyone that handled it knew exactly what it was. Also did not help that there was only one small amount of extra clear tape on iit and when it arrived the box was open to the world. Courier asked my to check for missing items before I accepted it, 10 out of 10 for him, 2 out of 10 for your shipper. Given positive only because it works.
