  Mascara order was placed on the 3rd of sept and arrived on the 5th of sept, sadly the mascara was dry, so I contacted the seller who offered a refund or a replacement, I opted for replacement, item has never arrived, I have contacted them again and they said they sent it, which i actually dont think they have, tbh why would it take so long to arrive, please avoid this seller at all cost they just want your money and send faulty items

  i have posted the replace you can see on your ebay has two tracking Number and i told you you will receive by Monday if you insist refund i would refund you but you said you lil need to try it that why i make you you must get item , by sending receoded mail which cost £2.70 plus item , so refund is cheper , but i wanted you to have item, can not control royal mail i try my best my customer to get their product .
