    Hoover bags soposed to arrive 3cdays ago? Emails sent and not replied to . Requested refund as a complete lack of communication. Poor service. Not recommended. If the customer sends an email you should at least reply.

    The buyer was contacted the same day. The parcel was dispatched on time but Evri lost it in transit. We immediately replied and issued a full refund. We’ve now stopped using Evri and switched to Royal Mail for faster, more reliable delivery.
