  First package sent contained two opened packets of feliway plug ins, with one of the plug ins used over halfway. I raised the issue with the seller as they listed the products as ‘new’, sent photo proof, they sent out replacement packs immediately.

  Arrived in good time and very, very reasonably priced. The box was a bit battered but the phials inside were unharmed. It appeared to be original packaging but it smelled a bit different from the Feliway Friends I have had before. However, the most important thing is that the cats did revert to being chilled out again :)

  Ordered 2 bottles of Hotel Collection oil which never arrived. When contacted by Ebay to leave a review of my purchase, I stated it had not arrived, however I was willing to wait a few more days. Ebay stated the matter would be looked into. Within 24 hours, Ebay contacted me again and stated a refund was being processed. I appreciate Ebay handling the matter. I would not buy from this seller.
