I am thrilled with the quality of the scrapbook papers I received. They were well packaged and labeled so that they did not get bent at all during shipment. The papers were in pristine condition and as described. I am super happy with the items I purchased and with this seller. I also felt that the price was a very good deal. Highly recommend!

  This shop is top-flight! They were extremely responsive to inquiries about combining shipping and created a custom listing to accommodate my order. It was shipped the next day and due to a shipping SNAFU was delayed getting it to me. That being said the seller was all over it the minute they received my distress message!   Never ask for refund or received items an this says partially refunded when I paid $16 fo two an only received $3.10 a piece which is not right. I demand a full refund of what I paid. This is not positive response this is negative cause didn't receive an took my money

  You received a partial refund for your overpayment in shipping, this is what the refund was for since we always combine shipping. Your stencils were shipped the very next day after your purchase and are on the way to you. Tracking shows that they will arrive on time as expected.
