Items as described and good value for money. Part of the delivery was damaged in shipping, no fault of seller. Seller has been very understanding and helpful. Items, tape drives, power supply and FC Cards arrived in good condition and well packaged. The actual library was well packaged and looked undamaged but upon opening it was damaged at the rear of the unit and bent out of shape / twisted. Seller is rated AAA+, delivery company rated as Fail.
