They did accept a return and I was fully refunded (although reluctantly by them). I carefully researched for other sellers with extra caution and bought from these people. Their description and item is 100%. The fake 16gb ram kit was SK Hynix, a decent brand and the original 8gb (2x4) in my system now using the crucial kit from this seller. Thank you.
