We have chosen this item as it had lots of description and we took it as very informative. However when the item arrived we understood that all was very misleading. The item is described as new and original so when we compared with our original item we saw straight away that the item sold was defected, the valve was broken and missing more than 50% of the tube. It was brutally broken, this can be seen in the picture. So, according to Ebay policy this item should be advertised as other-defect

This item was described in great detail with multiple images; complaints only occur when buyers simply don't read the description. They are FACTORY SEALED bags and we have sold 1000s without issues. Sadly this is what makes Ebay unbearable to sell on as a Marketplace; people can simply neg you even if it is their fault!

Arrived quickly, but seemed to be missing an additional extension part to connect the button mechanism to the valve to enable it to function when fully extended. I didn't know I needed this until we'd managed to remove the original part it was replacing. Looking at the listing, it did specify something about heights but there's no reference to needing an extra part. So, partly my bad, but feel listing could have been clearer, and no response from the seller.

Listing had multiple highlighted images and HUGE RED text explaining set height. No extra parts are available or needed so not sure where that came from?
