    I bought this lovely product last year as a festive gift from another seller, can recommend it. Unfortunately this time it did not arrive nor was there contact, I had to send a message. Seller told me had technical problems and would reship that day, again another problem and excuse, I requested reship or refund , the latter is on it's way I have been told. Hopefully shall receive soon. Seller has tried I believe once contact made, unfortunate and disappointed
