  I was very pleased with this seller and the mattress protector i purchased from them . The the mattress protector arrived well wrapped and bagged and on time and in new condition and was very good value . The quality looked very good . And looked just as described in the pictures but only time will see how good it really is .

  Second one I have purchased. Good quality and great fit. Reasonably priced. Only downside was the courier delivered it to the wrong address. Fortunately the person who received it knew my daughter and contacted her to inform me where my parcel had been delivered to!

  Advertised as being 100% Egyptian Cotton the duvet set that arrived was in an inferior microfibre type material. I contacted the seller to tell him that he must have sent the wrong item. His reply “this had never happened before” and that he would offer me a discount. I told him that that was not acceptable and that I wanted what he had advertised or a full refund. I heard no more so have returned it via eBay’s guarantee return policy. An honest description of items would have saved all this.
