Upon recieving my machine and finding the contents of the box were not as advertised, I contacted the seller, they looked into it and found out that the spec had changed but offered to send me the hoop size I was expecting.   Brand new machine, delivered within 3 days, extremely well packaged and bolted to the pallet, very secure, wrapped in shrink wrap and under which was cardboard. Estimated delivery date spot on. This is an amazing machine and well worth the money paid, thank you, can’t wait to get sewing 🤩🥰 Will be a great machine for quilting as it has a long arm area, so when things get rolled up it’s far easier to sew.
