Upon recieving my machine and finding the contents of the box were not as advertised, I contacted the seller, they looked into it and found out that the spec had changed but offered to send me the hoop size I was expecting.   This is an excellent machine. The machine arrived safely and on time. It is excellent value for money and the company was very helpful explaining the servo motor functions to me, as the instructions it came with were confusing. I highly recommend both the machine and the company.
