    I like this brand of wool. It is of good quality and great value. The wool arrived vacuumed packed, and the packaging was in good condition. I ordered this colour before and the appearance is like for like on sellers page. This seller dispatched the item on time but royal mail unfortunately didn't deliver until the day after the expected date. I wasn't desperate but royal mail are not as reliable as they used to be.

    I ordered this item to be delivered to a different address from mine but when it arrived it was not the right yarn. I contacted the seller and the matter was resolved quickly resulting in the correct yarn being received a few days later and a prepaid posting label was provided for the incorrect yarn to be returned. I would be happy to use this seller again.
