I contacted the seller and the matter was resolved quickly resulting in the correct yarn being received a few days later and a prepaid posting label was provided for the incorrect yarn to be returned.     Firstly, I loved the listing. It was very easy to find the colour number I required and add it to my basket. Sounds trivial but so many listings do not put the numbers in numerical order! An email from Royal Mail informed me of when the parcel would be delivered and it arrived as expected, well packed and with all items correct. Very happy. Will use this seller again as the prices and postage costs are very fair.
