  I have purchased these comfy trainers befor & thought let me buy them again in pink & in black size 6,they arrived in time ,but unfortunately they were not the right size,I message this seller that i want to return both pairs!,They said to me " its better to keep them,than to return them & they'd give me a part refund of 40% & i could keep both pairs" this was fair & accepted the offer, but I only had a partial refund of 40% on the one pink pair! Of £4:40 fom £23:98! IS NOT FAIR OR RIGHT!

  The boots were very nicely made and sturdy unfortunately when they arrived and there was a mix up on the sizing and they were too small so I had to return them. The supplier refunded the full amount to me including my postage immediately. a genuine company to deal with and communication took place immediately.
