    Despatch time good. Informed item out for delivery on Tuesday 15th October, item eventually arrived Saturday 19th October. Packaging was poor, some beans escaping and plastic bag was difficult to open. Putting it in a box as well would have been better for transport. Beans right size for our bag and topped it up nicely. We lost quite a lot of beans as they clung to the plastic bag and no matter what we tried we couldn't get them out so they had to be thrown away.
