Communications dragged on for 2/3 weeks and no indication from the Seller to send the correct item on return of the wrong item was made (other than get a refund). I no longer had confidence with this seller’s ability to deliver the actual item listed, so involved Ebay to resolve............ item returned and full refund received.

  Terribly bad seller, ordered a tattoo kit, was supposed to be here couple of days delivery, couple days later nothing, I send an upset email, to be told it will be here Monday, but its Sunday night and tracking showing as not even sent yet. Pathetic, don't use this company, find someone else, plenty of others selling same thing cheaper, I only bought from here so I could tattoo my friend before their visit ended, but they are gone already, company is rubbish and not to be trusted or counted on

  Second purchase from this seller. Item arrived after 10 days. No tracking provided & only after repeated follow-up queries was I told the first shipment was 'lost' & allegedly replaced. Comms lacked such critical updates. Disappointing to learn tracking was withheld to protect seller stats. Buyer clarity should come first.

  The item did not arrive when it was supposed to, despite being marked as dispatched. I complained to the seller and they said that I would receive it the following Monday. It didn't arrive on the Monday, so I messaged them but received no reply. It still hadn't replied by Wednesday, so I had to make a complaint to Ebay. This seller does not communicate and is dishonest, so you are best to buy elsewhere.
