delighted with purchase - it is a sad state of affairs that it is now unusual to get a hard drive from eBay that actually matches the description. This 12TB Enterprise drive was claimed to be brand new and sealed and that's exactly what it was. CrystalDiskInfo confirmed zero hours of prior use and it had never been switched on before. Packaging was in a proper hard drive shipping box and arrived really quickly. I was so pleased I bought another one.
