    Received the item and considering how much bubble wrap it was wrapped in the box was completely destroyed. I reached out and sent a message showing pictures of the box and was told that I could return the item for a full refund. Meaning I would lose out on the postage cost to send it back as well as not having a gift for a birthday party that I needed it for.

    Still waiting for this order as they sent me 2 single boxes of 20 instead of 2 packs of 6 boxes of 20. Then they told me that they would charge me £8 each for the 2 single boxes if I didn't return them. They even sent me a returns label which I have to print and then take the item to a post office to obtain a proof of posting. Would it not have been easier to tell me to keep the original 2 boxes that I received and send me 1 box of 6 and 4 loose boxes (10 in total) to complete the order?

    Unfortunately these were never dispatched. I received a message to say they'd been dispatched, but when they didn't arrive I contacted the seller. They apologised & said that they had been dispatched again. They didn't arrive a second time so I went through the Ebay dispute channel & received an almost immediate refund. The negative review is because items should'nt be said to have been dispatched when they weren't & to say this twice is poor. Other items bought same day from Ebay arrived.
