  I bought on 12th February and arrived on 22nd February but missing a clip from headgear and I reported to seller, requesting a replacement clip. Seller has used every excuse in the book (partial refund, full refund, leaving me to locate another) not to replace clip and will not confirm that sent nor where is and am still waiting for on 10th April so unlikely to receive and will have to cancel soon and locate another, probably at a more expensive price. I would not buy from this seller again!

  Item never arrived, however it was the seller that chased me up to ensure it had arrived. It was the seller who suggested a full refund when it hadn't. Things can't always go perfectly , this seller was thoughtful and professional when things didn't work out.
