  Slow service and no communications were ever allowed through EBAY. Purchased on 1-31.. not shipped until 3-4 days later.. and didn't arrive for another 16 days (7 days past the given delivery date). Yet the card has finally arrived and is a nice card. I'd most likely avoid having too deal with them again though.

  Card was purchased on a Friday. I shipped next business day (Monday) as I always do. Unfortunately nothing I can do about the item moving slowly through the mail.
