Item is as in picture. Arrived 10 days after expected delivery date, when contacted seller did reply. Came from China, seller should make this clear to buyers. Item was badly packaged. Box was damaged inside tiny grey plastic bag, this was then placed inside a massive green/white YODEL delivery bag. Delivery company left item on door step. This is not day light grow bulb. Cannot say if it has helped plants, used once for a couple of hours. One star for delivery and packaging.

Originally ordered from a 'different' seller who delivered in woeful (zero protection for a fragile LCD display) packaging resulting in a broken item, who then tried to offer only partial refund. eBay intervened. Ordered from this seller, almost identical (woeful) packaging resulting in another smashed LCD display on arrival and identical worded attempt to offer only a partial refund. Avoid like the plague. Totally unprofessional. Found another seller, who did a top job packaging the item. AVOID
