  Amazing! I was so excited to find this and add it to our kids Disney bathroom, duck tales is a favorite show so it was fitting. Sadly it was damaged on shipping, Que tears bc I think we both cried. I Reached out and received a response immediately. She apologized for a problem that was not her fault and was amazingly polite and considerate in working out a solution. Cannot rave enough about her customer service skills I wish everyone would take a little more sweet understanding like this.
