The item was exactly as described, had a small issue that meant the item would not work properly. I always say how a business deals with a problem tells you how good they are. It may be a refurbished store but they made me feel first class.

Packaged up in a nice sized box with brown paper, no plastic. Got to me really quick. Really powerful appliance. Very pleased. Buying process was easy.
