  Business a/c UNCENE ! £180 printer arrived late faulty & major error code and another fault. Inks came in separate tiny box, why? Clever, as refund label was only for tiny box. Almost impossible to resolve once tiny weight label issued to return 20Kg printer as system disalows edits. Seller replied busy sorry, days go by, sorry, pathetic excuses made, no correct post label supplied then request myPrivate email (NO!!). eBay complaint made then later label. Returned but no refund but eBay pay! Tks

  Arrived on time but postage details were incorrect and coms was silent when queried. Item was used but also sleeve damaged, not the greatest packaging either.l so could have been the culprit. Positive note,it got to me!. Only required for show main cover..but if was going use, would prob return.
