I messaged the seller to attempt an understanding of why I did not receive the kind of postcard "file" I had expected (what I received looked like a bookmark "file" . Was it because the seller had not made clear exactly what "large", as a description, entailed, or was it simply my misunderstanding..? I have not received the courtesy of a reply.. which I feel was essential, under the circumstances... Strongly suggest, do not buy from this seller..

This supplier has tried their best to solve the problem of the lost package in the post and quickly gave me a refund. The issue was dealt with in a professional and honest manner. The Post Office/Royal Mail has let us both down! Recently, three other parcels I was expecting from other suppliers have gone missing or delayed so, it is clear to me that the Post Office has some major issues at present.
