  Contacted seller as the description said excellent condition “ No Holes”. When item arrived it had holes at the top of the back pockets. I reached out and asked if she could help me as the item was not as described and she said “ send it back!” I said ok could you provide a return label, she said no EBAY would provide one. I asked if I had to open a case to return it and she replied “yes!” She was not helpful at all! I don’t recommend using her for your items.

  Could not be further from the truth. Offered a return and buyer refused to return the item and chose to keep it. Item was exactly as described, not sure what went wrong here other than someone wanting something for free. Sellers should block this buyer or you will have trouble yourself!
