  Item description read “gray”, item arrived and was very brown. Contacted seller who stated the label listed gray and I could return the item. I don’t feel I should have to pay return shipping on an item the seller misrepresented.

  She never filed a return nor did she return it. Just wanting refund without having to return.Customer would not have paid for the return. I acknowledged the color was brownish/grey and the pictures showed some brown. Hense, I said she could return it. Telling Ebay item was wrong color would have given a return without her having to pay. I do not refund without a return....too many people doing this.
