Item arrived broken, was a bit of a chew on using this seller tbh, offered a 30% refund. Ask of item could still have been used which was a Christmas present and couldn't. Wanted me to give feedback before refund was given. Eventually sorted days later. I won't be using the seller again. Transaction was fast but everything after that was delayed.

I received the wrong item, an armband instead of a waistband. E-bays messaging system will not allow me to send you a message. I have tried to type but the system simply will not let me. I have complained to E-Bay & told them it is a completely ludicrous situation.

Beware of this seller! Poor quality item, poorly packaged, broken when delivered. Seller agreed to refund, but made excuse after excuse and did not refund despite promising to. Goods returned but seller refused delivery by Royal Mail. Thanks to ebay for stepping in and refunding.
