Great seller communication - happy to help with courier issues. THANKS! I redirected EVRI to a locker without realising this was risky (no fault of the seller). It flipped between "out for delivery" and back at the depot for a week. I pinged EVRI customer service via the chatbot and a real human customer service agent got it safely in the locker next day! Wow.
