  Bit of an impulse buy, but item as expected; well represented by description and photos. Postage costs very reasonable and tracked delivery. Item well packaged and arrived safely. More expensive than some Bernard Rooke vases on the market, but cheaper than others. Unique shape and design with no flaws, so good value really (if you're into Bernard Rooke). Returns not accepted, which is always a worry, but happy with my purchase and seller overall.

  The bird is as described and undamaged despite the box it came in being busted up, thankfully there was just enough bubble wrap protecting it, but I was worried as I opened it. I wouldn’t rate Evri though! But no issue with the seller. Thank you.

  Item got to postage quick, it sadly got stuck at some point in a conveyor belt and got damaged on the usa side, they had to repackage the item larger. Item looked to be as described prior to damage. Could possibly use larger packaging to avoid issue. The cassette still functions so i am happy.
