  I am so very pleased with this whole purchase. The Denby Imperial Blue coffee set is as advertised. It was very clearly described, and has arrived very carefully & safely packed. I'm pretty sure I won on this deal. The stoneware was very quickly delivered, and the Seller refunded excess postage costs too when she combined two purchases and managed to safely pack it all into one box. A very helpful Seller, very quick to respond, who really does deserve five stars for everything :D

  We accidentally broke two bowls in a discontinued Denby pattern on Tuesday. We were lucky to find two replacement bowls of the right type. They were ordered on Tuesday arrived on Thursday in pristine condition and packed professionally. Nobody likes paying for p&p, but this time it was definitely worth it. Thank you very much for 5* service. We are delighted.
